As far I see this China is a republic because its flag has the Iron Blood 18-star flag of the Wuchang Uprising, it is not Communist because Laos and Cambodia are kingdoms, nor Nationalist. My opinion is that China may be federal republic, more likely for this time a hybrid regime on the process of democratization and modernization.
